i do the Leslie Sansome walking at home exercises, it is a pretty good low impact aerobic, recomended by the american heart foundation , I usually do the 2 mile or 3 mile routine , and i increase the workout by using weights , how do i work out the calories burned as i can't even find walking on the exercise search.

Buy a good heart rate monitor with a chest strap -- everything else is a guess.0

I like this site. Easy to use, free, and lots of exercises to choose from. http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi0
