Baked bean...and that is all I can think of, lol. :laugh:0

I'm taking this to mean "What food can you not pass up on if available".
Well, for me, it depends on if it's worth the calories. If it is, i have it, if it's not, i dont0 -
I eat whatever I want to eat. I just eat a smaller portion of it.
I don't want any food to be completely off limits - that will just make me want to binge on it.

Ok, I can't pass up Chinese Food, when the boss springs for lunch.0 -
I was about to say, you can say no to pizza and pasta???
Because that's like the cornerstone of every man's diet. Without it, YOU'RE NOT A MAN. Sorta.0 -
DQ blizzards, thai food (which is moderately healthy), & popcorn with butter!!!0

Bacon. It really not that good.0

I LOVE these.
My foods would probably be fruits (any), potatoes, and cheese. Most of the foods I really enjoy aren't available where I live so it doesn't matter if I can say no to them or not (Japanese things).0 -

Anything I don't enjoy eating. That food is really easy to say no to.
Other than that, I don't intentionally eliminate food from my diet. If I want something badly I will make it fit my macros. I've eaten large amounts of ice cream this week and I'm losing weight, because I fit it into my macros and stayed at a deficit.0 -

Yeah, I'm doing the same thing. I had a couple of beers the other night and I still came in under.0 -
It depends on the day or sometimes just the time of day. Earlier today, I'm not sure I could have said no to anything. I was just feeling ravenous. Right now, I could say no to everything...but a beer does sound really good.0
