Hi
I do lots of core exercises or exercises with the medicine and swiss ball. How can I log it on when it won't show up on the results?
I usually just do log it on as sit ups. Or is there another way I can find out how much I'm burning

best option would be to get a heart rate monitor, and then add it yourself0

oh didn't think of that, will look into it!! thanks so much0

The best way, in my experience, to accurately log calories is to wear a heart rate monitor while exercising. There are so many options available, at many price points. Then, you can create your own exercises and log the calories you actually burned, instead of a number that may or may not reflect your actual burn.

This isn't accurate but sometimes I will just put it in as calenstetics (SP) light if I did a light workout and vigorous...well you get the point0
