Week One and Already 5 1/2 Inches Down (:

So I went to weigh myself the morning, and my scale gave me the same weight as it did last time... actually, the same weight it's given me since I got it two months ago. I've gained weight and lost weight in the last two months, and it's been stuck at the same exact number. Something tells me my $7 scale is broken, lol!
So I decided to measure myself. Originally, I was going to weigh myself every week and measure myself every month, but with my scale broken, I had to do SOMETHING to measure what had happened so far... I'm just that kind of person. Even though I can see myself getting skinnier, if I don't see it on the scale, or in numbers, I'm liable to give up.
My numbers for the 5th were:
Bust: 42
Waist: 42
Hips: 43 1/2
Upper Arm L,R: 12 7/8, 12 6/8
Thigh L,R: 26 1/2, 26 1/2
Calf L,R: 14 1/2, 14 1/2
Ankle L,R: 9 1/2, 9 1/2
My numbers this morning:
Bust: 41
Waist: 41
Hips: 42
Upper Arm L,R: 12 1/2, 12 1/2
Thigh L,R: 26, 26
Calf: 14 1/2, 14 1/2
Ankle: 9 1/2, 9 1/2
I'm so happy! After a week of just 45 minutes of exercise a day, and monitoring my calories (I try to eat healthier, but I'm not the one who buys the food, so I have to do my best) I've already lost over 5 inches! I know that's nothing at all compared to some people who have lost 100, even 200 lbs +, but I'm proud of myself. I'm really gonna stick with it this time!
