I used to be around 115/75 blood pressure, but over the past couple years, it had slowly crept up. This past summer, I hit an all time high, with one reading at 159/98! Yikes!

In just a couple months, due to diet change, semi-regular exercise, and some weight loss (~10 pounds), I had a blood pressure reading yesterday of 121/82 just before I did a blood donation - and I have been seeing a steady decline.

I'm looking forward to getting back to my old levels, but this is definitely worth celebrating, as it is at least back to a more or less normal range.

I have a doctor's appointment to follow up on the previous high readings...hoping to surprise the doctor with a completely normal reading!
