Entering a recipe from a restaurant

I ate at Panera Bread for lunch today. I would like to enter the meal I had. I got the nutritional info from their website. I see variations of what I had in the database but not exactly what I ate. How do I get the exact info in the database? Do I have to create a recipe? But then I won't get the exact ingredients that they use. Help!

You could just create a food instead of a recipe. Go to "My Foods".
  • Search for something close, and at the bottom it will say something like, "Can't find what you're searching for?" and there will be a button you can click to add your own food. Then you have to put in the food info as far as calories/fat/protein/carbs, etc.
  • OK this is my third edit

I just did a search for Panera Bread....

Found an item then clicked edit to make it what I wanted, then click save and it saves it to the database
