welp.....70lbs needs to find it's way off of my frame and it turns out sitting on my couch isn't the way to do it. So I'm starting a low carb, high protein diet and going to try my best to do an hour of exercise a day. So any good diet recipes and beginner exercise tips will be greatly appreciated! I'm hoping to get 10lb(ormore) off by Christmas!

    There are a lot of choices/things to look through under the community tab- recipes list. Pretty much anything you can imagine.
    As for beginner's exercise- walking is a great way to start!!!
