    I'm a SAHM to a 6 month old boy, I couldn't imagine how busy I would be with 4! Just do the best you can with logging and maybe try to get them involved in activities that are active which will help you and keep them having fun. Good Luck :)

    Hi! I'm a mom of 4 too... all boys... and also am super busy. It's hard to juggle everything and find time for yourself for fitness. I can't seem to get up early enough... Feel free to add me as a friend... My only advice... keep logging everything and try to find time to exercise - even if it's for only 10 minutes. I struggled with feeling selfish about needing "me" time to exercise - but I think it's better for my kids to see that I am making healthy choices and am physically fit.

    I only have TWO (and I'm no longer home w/them all day), so I applaud you!! Besides this site, the only thing that saves me is getting up @ 5:30 a.m. to work out before anyone wakes up -- if I don't do it then, it would NEVER happen. It's also my one guaranteed 30-60 minutes of ME time. Sweat = stress relief.
