calorie confusion?

HI

just a quick one, so if you eat under your rec daily calorie intake one day and over the next does it all balance out? i mean do you count calories weekly to loose weight and not daily? so if you ate under all week and saved up could you have one day off to eat whatever and not gain weight? :blushing:

    I think you should be fine, but I wouldn't recommend doing it on purpose to try to binge later. If you aren't hungry don't eat, but try not to starve yourself because you want to eat more later.
