Healthy Pick Me Up

I am really dragging today and I think I need a little snack or something as a pick me up. Any suggestions? I try not to consume too much caffine (especially this late in the day) so coffee or tea isn't what I want.

Banana with some wholemeal toast! And a cup of green tea!0

Do you have any fruit or veggies around? Those are always the best. If you only have snack foods around try some peanuts or almonds. They are really filling and good for you, just make sure you check the portions on the package because you might not want to eat the entire bag!0

fiber, protein, potassium...
so the banana idea is good, maybe dipped in pb with flax seeds?
Or a scrambled egg with cheese and veggies...
or dark chocolate piece (just one)
or a sweet potato cut up and baked0 -
one apple, a serving of whole wheat ritz crackers and a laughing cow (I love the swiss kind)
banana, peanut butter or almond butter and some carrot sticks
ants on a log with a cup of almond milk
fiber one bars (love them, it's like eatign a candy bar)
I am eatign sugar snap peas with some orriginal hidden valley ranch and a fiber one bar
