So it's 10:48 pm and I still have 187 calories left!

Is it ok to not use them? I am not hungry, and I even managed to treat myself with 2 toaster strudels and still have these calories left over! lol.

I feel like it's too late now to use them, 187 won't hurt right? I know eating too little of calories isn't good either, so I want to make sure.

    Leave them. Especially if you are not hungry. I have 300 something left. No need to keep eating if you are done.

    if you have some cottage cheese....have a half cup...a good protein to sleep with

    or else have a tbsp of peanut butter...you will have a few left over either way but I would get closer to the goal than 187

    well silly me, just remembered I had some honey wheat pretzels at work that I forgot to add, so after adding them, I only have 77 left over. So yeah, I'm done for the night. But this is day 2 of being within my calorie range, I've been a member here now for 4 days and the first 2 days I was over on my calories.
