    I like chicken & apple sausage - it's a brat type...

I do have to make sure it's nitrate free - in CO that's not too hard though!

For specific dishes, I love a spicy chorizo type....and italian sausage is a must with a good cheese platter ;-)

I love the chicken apple sausages from Sam's. They are very good and pretty healthy. I love that they have an oh-so faint sweet taste and they stay juicy when you cook them. MMMMMM!

yUMMMM That sounds sooo good!!!! chicken apple sausage

You are a woman of good taste........a nice white bun embracing that smicy chorizo is always a good thing!
So......are you into a little latino heat?

Oh what about hot dogs..whats your fave??

    Nathans is my favorite!!

I like the nitrate free hot dogs that my butcher makes. They are about 8 inches long and very thick and meaty. All grass fed beef too.

Square sausage! Or, lorne sausage. Apparently you only get them in Scotland, did not realise this! Thankful I live here <3 lol

Yeah, I've only ever seen Lorne sausage there! (Didn't even realize you couldn't get it elsewhere until we went to shop for breakfast stuff at my in-laws. Of course, no haggis either -- the heathens.)

Yeah, my English friends were like wtf is a square sausage? And they were amazed by the breakfast fry up packs you get that are square sausage/haggis/black pudding :L
Don't even get me started on their amazement at the menus in the chippy :L
