I know it's early, but since I started, I have been trying to play with my calories and my numbers to see what I can do to fit my life style...I have realized that I go over my protein and iron. I think this is just because of my daily vitamin and protein because of my shake. Should I worry and make that a lower number? I know I did not get here having too much protein or iron which I struggled with all the time in the past.

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts!

I wouldn't worry at all about going over on protein unless you are eating ridiculously high amounts like 400 grams or something. And on iron, if you get bloodwork or donate blood and your levels are ok, I wouldn't worry about that either.

When losing weight, higher protein isn't a big deal, MFP underestimates it anyway. What you want to watch for #1 carbs (simple carbs is culprit, watch your added sugar and even sugar from natural food), #2 fat, #3 sodium and finally the daily calorie intake. Everything else should be OK. I myself take 1g of protein per each body pound.
