1/2 cup Quaker 100% natural oatmeal or similar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or make 1 teaspoon your own by mixing 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice or cloves, and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg)
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons 1% milk
1. Combine oatmeal, water, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.
2. Microwave on MEDIUM power for 3 1/2 minutes.
3. Allow to stand for two minutes.
4. Stir in brown sugar and milk.
200 calories per serving.
If you prefer a sweeter oatmeal, increase the brown sugar to 4 teaspoons for an additional 30 calories.

Unsweetened vanilla almond breeze works well here too. I cannot do cow's milk, so I substitute the almond milk. It does not alter the cals much (with uvab it comes out as 192 calories) and it tastes yummy! I just wanted to throw that out there :-)0
