Just started last week with MFPal and love it!

In one week just trying things out and watching calories I've lost 1.8lbs (Yahoo) using this MFPal app. and I love it! ! Now I've added walking and am going to the gym again. My friends had started exercising in an inside pool but the gym was better for me and the walking. I'll swim on Fridays with them still though. And with blogging my successes I think it'll be fun and interesting to hear what others are doing.

I agree with loinginalaksa. This is a great sight for support and motivation. I started about 2 weeks ago and it has made a difference! To help with exercise I've started the couch to 5k program am just working towards small goals. I hope your journey goes well!0 -
