One of my favorite shakes (not my top fave, but it's still good) at work (I work at a gym) only has 137.5 calories in it and it's pretty decently sized. I was so excited! AND it's chocolatey, so I'm psyched!

I've never looked through the shakes at work, and looked at the calories, my fave that I used to get all the time has over 400 calories in it! wowza!

    lol, well I don't know if they have them everywhere. It's a shake I get at the juice bar in the gym I work at. It's called 'The Chocolate Factory' shake.
