This is the greatest phone app ever.

On August 24th I weighed 199 pounds. I downloaded this app, and put myself on a 1900 calorie a day diet. I run between 2-4 miles depending on my energy level 6 days a week, I do a lifting workout in the evening. I've dropped 30 pounds as of today! It takes all the guesswork out of calorie counting.

I love it. I reccommend this app to everyone that is tired of being fat (like I was) and is serious about creating a healthy lifestyle.
