Extra exercise with 30DS and Chalean Extreem?

Im going to start either the 30DS or Chalean extreem DVDs soon and Im just wondering should I be doing extra cardio as well or will that be enough?

Recently i did them together, 30 ds on just lifting days and it kicked my butt!0

its really up to you - whatever your body feels up to.
i did/do 30ds and also walk about 8-11 miles a week.0 -
I don't know how much cardio is in Chalean Extreme but if you're going to do 30DS I would def recommend some extra cardio0

I alternate chalean extremme with cardio, I love the feeling cardio gives me, but also love the muscle tone Chalean gives0

30DS is basically cardio & muscular endurance. The 25m or so is fine, but honestly if I added anything extra it would be more weight training. The opposite with ChaLEAN Extreme... CLX is 3 days of weight training & two days of cardio and the idea of the scheduled 2 rest days is to let your body/muscles recoup and repair. CLX is AMAZING! I did it (stats below) and I'm still going strong lifting & doing minimal cardio, I hate cardio.

I usually do 2 levels of 30DS back to back and it kicks my tail and I burn close to 600 calories during those 2 sessions.0

I agree, I HAVE to have both...currently busted through a plateau doing TurboFire 5 Day Inferno and then starting the regular schedule. I'm two weeks in and loving the results, but I miss lifting, so I'm thinking of doing doubles....TF in the am and CLX in the pm. However, TF incorporates scultping classes admist the cardio, so on the other hand also thinking of staying the course with TurboFire....I'm so indecisve...lol...but I have to have resistance days...0
