    So I found a site:) bbcgoodfood.com there is a section for recipes between 200-400 calories and dome of them look delicious! Going grocery shopping right now to get some ingredients !

    I second (or third) eatingwell.com it is my favorite website for recipes. I also love epicurious.com however that one is not so calorie friendly!

    Have any of you seen that show Cook Yourself Thin on Lifetime? It's all about taking high calorie foods that you crave and cooking them in a healthy way with sneaky substitutions. I love it because it helps me feel like I'm not depriving myself of anything I want, and also not undoing all of my hard work! And my husband, who hates all diet food, loves these recipes.
