time to take this seriously

hi all!
i didnt think it could be this easy to keep track of calories. Ive done a lot of other things with varying degrees of success. Im pretty confident this will work.
its pretty surprising, to say the least, finding out how much i intake (calories) each day and how easy it is to go over. Also interesting is how different exersise burns diff amounts of calories.
Injured right now but hope to be running again soon!
