I finally got a treadmill !!

I have been looking for a treadmill for awhile but cant afford to buy a new one! So I use the freecycle site !! It is awesome... I posted that I wanted a treadmill that worked didnt care how it looked as long as it worked! Next day someone said they had one that they were getting rid of!! Yeay I pick it up thursday, so is there any certain workout plans to go by???
