Hi all!
I am going through a very tough time(my boyfriend-now ex of four years cheated on me!), and I need some support! I was just wondering how you all stay on track while going through a hard time? I find it difficult to stay on track with diet and exercise!
I was hoping to make some new friends during this experience also, so send a request my way!
Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened to you. I have gone through the same thing (more than once unfortunately). It is hard to get through, but I always used it as a way to motivate myself. I did the best at my weight loss after each time this happened to me. Just focus on yourself. Make yourself feel good. Burning calories and working out with increase your endorfins, which will help you to feel better as you get through this tough time.
Friend me. I am here to talk (or listen) if you need anything.0 -
This was me 16 months ago. I do not recommend what I did the first year and that was do nothing and feel sorry for myself and eat myself silly. Give yourself a little bit of breathing room and then hit it! Revenge is a dish best served cold. Make the sorry SOB wish he hadn't been such a screw up!0

Join a gym or buy a punching bag. Then channel all your frustration into a 20-30 minute punching session.
It'll get some of the bad feelings out, and you'll be working out while your doing it.0 -
Stay on track to:
prove to your self you can;
to prove to him that he not only lost a great person, but a great body too;
To not let him 'beat' you down any more- use exercise to release anger and hurt, and gain strength!
Screw him! I don't k ow you, but i know you deserve to be treated better than that!
Goodluck!0
