I am at that point where it gets frustrating. 3lbs to my goal weight is not going to improve anything. I dont want to lose to much more weight or i will have no boobs and my skin will start to hang. I once weighed 215lb this has done a toll on my body, to my skin. My legs need work badly, I need to find a program or workout that will build muscle and reduce fat. I dont want to lose to much mass in the legs because i will get sagging skin. Anyone out there that has losts 50 or more lbs and has figured out how to find that balance so your loose skin, muscles and fat/cellulite on your legs all harmonize as one without looking like a skeleton on the upper body?

bump (only my bumps will be elsewhere).

btw I think you look GREAT !

I know you can do this naturally - just encouraging you to continue on the quest to do what you feel in your heart you need to do. Patience, a good sense of humour, and some good friends (add me if you want) to help you along.

Hang in there. Cheering you on !

Not being an expert here by-any-means, but skin tone takes time and patient. Your skin is your largest organ and will adjust with time. The bodies we see in fitness magazines are not 'real' in many senses of the word either digitally edited or taking exercise and diet regiems that are impossible for the normal person.

A good combination of the main three cardiovascular sports (running/walking, cycling and especially swimming) will help you tone your body and generate a tight physique. Some weights can be of benefit.

Diet wise you should go for a good balance of foods at this point. You really should not be 'dieting' now, but working on a sustainable routine that will last you a life time. Looking at the image you have posted as your avatar, it looks like you do not need to loose any more weight? BMI measures are an inexact science and you may find you are at your 'ideal' weight already?

You have done an an amazing job and you look great :-)
