Hi,
My name is Johanna, I am a freshman at University. I have decided to make an effort to lose 30-35 lbs that I've been putting on since the beginning of high school when my parents divorced.
I am an emotional eater and I've been yoyo dieting since I was 16. I'll have a few good months where I tone up and lose some weight, then I get busy and put it back on. I'm currently at my heaviest - 160 lbs at 5'7. I want to be 135-125.
I'm trying to stick to a 1200 calorie diet, and work out at least 3 times a week. I'm looking for a "pen-pal" type of situation. Another (woman, prefferably) to message with so we can talk about our progress/setbacks, goals, etc.
