more working out...more eating...

this might have an obvious answer but I am clueless so here it goes..

I need to learn how to suppress hunger because I increased my exercising but now I am always hungry...any ideas?!

    If you have increased your exercise then you need to increase your calories...EAT! You have to eat to lose and feed your muscles!
