Decided to post some pics to motivate some people. Honestly, I never thought I'd lose weight with my food habits. I was working 9-5 with one of my good friends and 5 days a week it was restaurants and fast food. Suddenly I got layed off and decided to start running. On June 4th I got my package for Nike+ and it tracked my running progress. A month later I got this fitnesspal app which counted my calories.
Started running slowly and month by month I got up to my first 10 mile run (last Sunday).
About 225lbs Sept 2010

The picture after I lost my job. Still probably around 230lbs

The new me at about 197lbs

I still have a long way to go. I find it funny that when I go buy clothing I go straight to the XXL, XL section. This weekend I'm free to pig out on my birthday weekend
Opps.. let me edit this really quick
