If you do a search through the forums you'll find heaps of recipes.
As lame as it sounds, I'm partial to fruit.0 -
What do you like? Nestle have a range of "Skinny Cow" ice creams and such, cals are written on the box...
I love the Paradise Vive Lite Choc-Chip cookies from woolies - 44cals per cookie... yum yum!0 -
Baked apple (with one tsp of butter and one tsp of sugar per apple)
Faux cheesecake (alternate layers of sweetened cottage cheese/low fat ricotta with berries and low sugar granola)0 -
Edy's Fruit Bars (All Natural). I've had the strawberry ones and they're delicious!0

Yoghurt and fruit!
Stewed fruits and custard (skim milk)
Frozen yoghurt
Low fat cheesecake (many recipes online)
Low calorie muffins (again, just do a search)0 -
Skinny cow makes really good ice cream. Then there's always Jello w/ whipped cream on top. Or the Sugar-Free Jello Puddings.
As one person posted, if you look on MFP in the recipe section there is usually a dessert posted almost daily. (probably because that's all we can think about on here, dessert! LOL)0 -
If i am craving for chocolate Jell-O they offers the "Temptations". Dark chocolate mousse is 65grams and it has 60cals, I hope it helps...0

These things are my favourites!
also the weight watchers double chocolate pudding, with a little cadbury light vanilla ice-cream.0 -
I found a few here:

Find a good fat-free cheesecake recipe and then substitute the sugar with splenda. The entire 9" Cheesecake (which is massive) ends up being only 1800 calories, 200g protein. I've crushed one back in a day before and it was AWESOME>0

Weight Watchers has some good ice cream, the chocolate raspberry ice crem bars are delish and only 80 calories!! Check the Recipes section on here too, some of the recipes are great!0

It sounds boring, but its sooo yummy when you want something sweet! I core and slice a green apple very thinly, and then dip the slices into a pot of fat-free sugar-free vanilla or passionfruit yoghurt. It takes aaaages to eat, and you feel like you have had a treat! x0
