I just found this site yesterday. I am still trying to find out how to navigate around. Anyone have any tips? It looks similar to WW.

Any help/tips would be great!:smile:

    Welcome to the group. As for tips, just keep browsing around, read up on posts that catch your attention, add friends (the support is great). I did WW for a while as well, I find this more interactive, more supportive and more fun! Plenty of challenges out there if you're interested in joining up with a group. Log everything, work hard and reap the rewards!
