I started a couple weeks ago counting calories and then a added exercise and now I feel mentally healthier and physically healthier. I am hoping to lose 35 pounds total and reduce my BMI. My family needs me to be healthy and I want to be a healthy example for my children. With all the problems in todays youth I dont want my children to worry about their health and food choices. I am taking care of me because no one else can do it for me!
