Feeling good! Question re exercise calories

Well, I started back 'on it' a couple of weeks ago and although I have splurged a bit on weekends (needing to have a life) have not been too bad during the week.

I have gone from doing very little exercise to cycling the school run, gym and a class 3 times a week plus a dance class and sometimes zumba class once a week too! I have to say, I have sooo much more energy and feel mentally slimmer and fitter even if it hasn't quite translated to my body yet! I've lost 6lbs since starting 5 weeks ago, so slow going but at least it's going :). Less than a stone to go now whoop!

Anyway, sorry about the rambling, just showing off a little and hopefully maybe a little bit of inspirationt too!

My question is, does anyone know how many calories do you burn in a very fast paced legs, bums and tums class. Brits will know what this is, for everyone else it is an aerobic based thigh, glutes (bottom) and abs related. It's very fast paced and no let up between exercise. I swear my instructor is the head of a bootcamp somewhere :).
