salsa omlette
1 roma tomato
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped bella mushrooms
1/4cup green pepper
1/4cup diced onion
4 egg whites
dry pan add the mushrooms cook for 30 seconds, then add spinach, tomatoes onion and peppers. when the onions are done to you liking (i like mine warm but not cooked) add the egg whites. stir until everything is cooked. makes 2 servings.
because mushrooms have so much water, you dont need oil or butter if you add them first. the info is in the database under mommachag - salsa omlete

i was kinda boaged out by the idea of whites at first but I like them now. they taste like eggs they do seem to absorb more of the flavor of the items I put them with0

I'd probably add in an extra 100 cals and add CHEEEEEESE.
I cannot eat eggs without CHEEEEEEESE.
I love CHEEEEEEESE.

i love cheese too! it's almost my favorite food but sadly creme brulee wins.
even with an ounce of cheese(extra sharp cheddar if you please) it only adds 110 cals. and it's soooo flippin yummy!:bigsmile:0
