OK so this support group I'm trying to piece together is for all you dudes that are hitting it hard and trying to build some. I'm not talking strength and endurance, no. I'm talking about 100% PURE BEEFCAKE. Guys, we can swap meal ideas and exercise tips (but please, only if you're going hardcore hypertrophy training) to help one another GET MASSIVE /ROAR. No wusses allowed, and trust me, they can be easily weeded out. If your program does not include the three main power-lifting exercises, YOU CAN'T JOIN. Unless you adopt them. WHICH YOU SHOULD. BEEEEEEEEEEFCAAAAAAAAAAKE.
