Cabbage Soup Diet

If you think a quick loss will help motivate you, how do you think an equally quick gain will make you feel? Slow and steady is the way to do it. I know it's frustrating, but perhaps try not weighing yourself for a few weeks and then seeing a bigger number drop than if you check every day/week.Oh I know these things don't work. But it's really hard for me to feel motivated when I'm working out and not seeing immediate results. This would just be a jump start for my REAL work out and eating regimen.
I think the not weighing my self thing is a good idea. I'm literally obsessed with the scale and it can be so depressing.0 -

yes its very annoying there isnt a quick fix... but stick at it ... if you start it as a quick fix you will only gain in back when you eat normally again ... i am speaking from experience - having tried every diet under the sun and then realising that no diets work.
Feel free to add me for motivation- stick with what your doing ! you will see results!0
