Where can I purchase the special vacuum to suck the fat out so I can dump it in the toilet and flush it? Also, will flushing it clog the pipes? Do I need Draino for afterward?

    Jesus Christ, what next?

I am seriously considering creating a diet that consists of Plutonium and Squirrel ****. I'm sure people will pay me for it.

^This. I have yet to see a "The ___________ diet" that doesn't suck.

How about count calories and macronutrients and eat 20% less than what you need and choose w/e food you want to accomplish that goal, and profit???
  • I Just looked I up. You will not like the hot lemon water; I tried it and it like to have killed my stomach. Good luck!

Yeah but that is too simple. Weightloss is supposed to hurt and deprive you of food, didn't you know?

I would like to sumbit "The Organ Diet." Instead of torturing your body with "cleanses", lets just jump straight to organ and limb removal for weight loss. Who needs an appendix? You have two kidneys - take one out and weight less! As a matter of fact, just take out one of everything you have two of! Legs, arms. SO what if you look a little lopsided. Pain IS Beauty! I'll recommend removing the ribs first as a source of weight and keeping the body from reaching its ultimate thinness. So what if your organs will be crushed by the weight of your muscles and fat? You'll be thin!!!

Love this post. Seriously the next thing you know someone is going to extract hormones from the urine of pregnant women and start selling that as a diet supplement. Oh wait...........

  • My advice is don't do it. You want to lose your weight healthily (if that's a word). I second "Eat less, move more" that's they key to success.

I have the book and tried it. Its not actually a "diet" the title is misleading. The Author makes recommendations for healthier food choices and also talks about how certain foods interact with the digestive system/"fat burning" process. Its a GREAT book, I would definately recommend it. It has made me WAY more conscience of my food choices and habbits. She focuses on a low Gluten diet (which helps rid youe belly fat) and then also encourages "digestive boosting" foods, like lemon water/apple cider vinager. She does have a 2-week plan to help kick start a weight loss program (basically a paleo type diet for 2 weeks) which I tried, I lost zero weight, but I did loose 2.5 inches from my waist and have kept it off since! (to me that speaks volumes!) Again, its not a "diet", just some good education on how to plan your own. Hope that helps!

Well, they used to extract it from horse urine and sell it as birth control. And still do.

Why move on if you are getting results, it obviously worked for you, just stay at that paleo level like the human race did for 100,000 years until you reach your goal :)

I'm sure someone is going to jump in and tell you its water weight though.

:) I did it a year ago, then left for a deployment... that I'm still on. Food choices are limited here. But i plan on jumping back into it once I get home! But like I said.. its not a diet plan, just ideas and education on healthy food choices, so there really isn't a plan to follow pre say. Also - I didn't loose any weight while doing it for those 2 weeks, just inches. Does water weight take mroe than a year to return? Bc if so then yes... it might have been water weight. I say read the book if you want better insight on how foods interact with your body. I love having the new insight. Her emphasis is actually on increasing fat intake (good fats) again.. the title is very misleading.
