As I have gotten more familiar with MFP and am able to navigate through everything i have started paying attention to my most used and most recent foods. i am interested to see what everyone else uses often!
Here are my Most Used:
Instant Oatmeal- Strawberries and Cream
Crunchy PB
Nonfat Milk
Nectarines
Olive Oil
Veggie Stir Fry (I make a batch up every week)
Trader Joe's Frozen Chocolate Bananas
Aldi Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Black Beans
Raspberries
Oscar Mayer Deli Chicken Breast
Blackberries
Mushrooms
Salsa
Light Sour cream
Whipped Cream Vodka (oops!)
Whole Wheat English Muffin
Sandwich Thins
Chicken tenderloins
Eggs
Italian Ice
Red Peppers
Sugarfree red bull
SF Blackberry Jam

overall not too bad... i would say the vodka and red bull should be scaled back on... do you think yours is an accurate reflection of your eating habits.

Interesting thread! I'll be watching to see what everyone else's most used foods are as well...It might give me some ideas! I haven't been using MFP very long, and my list of recent foods is not very accurate, as some of them were me using up items still in the house before I started dieting. I'll still share though, and I'll note the ones that won't be regulars anymore:

    Coffee - Brewed from grounds
    Apples - Raw, with skin
Potatoes - Russet, flesh and skin, baked
    Cream - Half and half
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted
Blue Diamond Almond Breeze - Almond Milk-Original <-- Since I have discovered that I prefer the unsweetened version, I will buy it from now on.
Cascadian Farm Organic - Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
Blue Diamond - Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk - Original
Cave Creek - Chili Beer <--This isn't sold in our area, and hubby brought it home from me from a recent road trip. It's all gone now! ;)
Milk - Reduced fat, 2% milkfat <--I use almond milk when possible.
Kraft Natural Cheese - Pepper Jack 100 Calorie Packs
Spicy Southwest Chicken Stew <--Made a big pot of this and ate it for several days, thus the "most recent" list.
Newmans Own - Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    Eggbeaters - Original
Weight Watchers - Original Swiss - Spreadable Wedge
    Oroweat - Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain
Weight Watchers - Jalapeno Swiss Cheese Wedges
Nabisco - Wheat Thins - 100% Whole Grain
    Black Bean Salad
    Kellogg's - Raisin Bran Crunch
Bush's - Best Black Beans Frijoles Negros
Mission - 96% Fat Free "Heart Healthy" Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

I add it to coffee, tea, or any other drink I want to be sweeter. Like smoothies and shakes.
I make "honey" mustard with it: mustard, agave, paprika.
I add some to homemade marinara if the tomatoes are too bitter
Drizzle it on cornbread, pancakes, or banana bread

I basically use it instead of sugar as long as I don't need to use a lot.

You can bake with it but the texture changes-- cookies are cakier. Plus it can be expensive.

This is a great recipe though and the agave is PERFECT in it.

Red Star - Nutritional Yeast Flakes

cdstadt - What do you do with your nutritional yeast flakes? It's nice to see someone else who uses them. My friend got me hooked as using them for a popcorn topping - SO GOOD!! Other ideas would be great though!

Here you go! It's just something I came up with one day, trying to use what I had. It's not for those watching their sodium, for sure, but it's easy and it's good (to us anyway)! You can adjust the amounts to your liking - I've made this several different ways, and it's always good!

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 cans Rotel tomatoes w/green chiles
    1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black or great northern beans, drained
46 oz. V8 (I like to use Spicy, but you can use original or low-sodium if you're watching your salt.)
1 tsp. chile powder (Chipotle is good but makes it much spicier.)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin

Add chicken, tomatoes, spices, and chicken broth to slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Break chicken up and add remaining ingredients. Continue to cook until heated through.

I use it on EVERYTHING! Literally. I love it on popcorn too!

I make "nacho" cheese dip I use for a sauce for burritos. I also tweak it for a Mac & "Cheese" and a "Chicken" Noodle Casserole

I don't really have an exact recipe but I make a roux with olive oil and whole wheat white flour if I don't mind the oil that day. (No-fat is just as easy but ends up tasting more sharp and less creamy). Add vegetable or vegan "no-chicken" stock and some type of plant milk (or one or the other) and heat until thickened. Then I add anywhere from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup nutritional yeast, mustard, Better than Bullion, malt vinegar, or whatever I need for the particular recipe-- sage for the chicken casserole but salsa for the "nacho" sauce.
