Im starting the LiveFit 12 week trainer (on BB.com) and wanted to see if anyone has done it with great results?! Im nervous about the first month because there is NO CARDIO! I get the idea behind it since the first month is about gaining muscle but i need to lose fat! Im going to trust the system and go with it! Anyone else??

I just finished week 2! I've lost 2 lbs so far
I am still doing cardio just not to the extent that I was doing. Instead of the 4-5x's a week I'll do 2 days of 45-60 mins and then maybe 2 of anywhere from 15-30. Good luck!! Feel free to add me if you like for support if you decide to give it a go
