Favorite Healthy Snacks?

I'll start. :D

Rice cakes-I know these are known to be boring, but I find the chocolate ones delicious, and the cheddar ones are good for cheetos fans! Only 60 calories for the large ones, they take a bit to munch on.

Miso dressing+Snap peas and Carrot chips-I found this at my local Asian market, Whole foods carries it as well.

Cottage Cheese-Classic! I just crack pepper on mine, good to go.

Sugar-free red vines-7 pieces are only 90 calories and contain no aspartame. My boyfriend likes them especially because aspartame causes migraines for him. :]

Edemame-Just heat, sprinkle with sea salt!

Wasabi Peas-ADDICTIVE! Use with caution. But a good serving (55 pieces) is only 130 calories

String cheese-A childhood (and adult) favorite of mine. Pair with an apple and you'll be full for a while.

Diet hot chocolate from Swiss Miss-25 calories if you make it with water, Redi Whip whipped cream is only 15 calories a serving, if you're feeling indulgent. :D

    I LOVE bell peppers...but unfortunately they're so expensive around here. :[

    Fiber One bars are so good, I feel like I'm eating a candy bar! :D
