I love chia pudding!
I make it either with or without raw cacao powder (for chocolate), and a little agave for sweetener... or, I have it just plain, mixed in water until it "gels"...
The gelling activity is great... think of recipes that could use a bit of (almost flavorless) thickening... I've used them with fresh blueberries, blended together to make a raw blueberry pudding.0
