Hi! My name is Amy and I'm 30 years old. I am physically-challenged, which makes weight loss that much harder! Not to mention the fact that I'm only 4' 9". I have tried "dieting" three times before. The first two times, I had no success. The third time, I lost 30 pounds, got frustrated, quit, and gained it all back! I actually started my fourth attempt in April of 2010. Since then, I have gone from 181.5 to 148 pounds! My goal is 120, but my ultimate goal is 115. I want to change for good this time!

WTG! It sounds like you are on the right track. :) Keep up the good work and if you happen to slip (we all do) tomorrow is another day. :)

All this hard work you're doing is so inspirational! The ups and downs are just a part of life, don't think of them as failures, just be proud of the amount of courage it took to begin each time. It's a lifelong process! Feel free to add me, I'm new on here :)
