Mmmm Good Lunch...

1 Thomas "everything" bagel thin
1 tbsp on fat-free cream cheese
A sm amount of low-moisture skim mozzarella cheese (just enough to put on one side)
a slice of tomato
A dash of pepper

Very good & I "highly" recommend, And only 175 calories!! I'd love to hear some other healthy, easy & fast ideas for lunch and/or breakfast, Fire Away!!
