How do I enter my daily exercise??

For instance, yesterday I did Zumba and the system did not recognize it or find a match, I had to manually enter it to my profile. And then had to google approx how many calories I burned. FYI -- I entered 500 calories burned for a 45 min workout.

NOW today I did a class called Cardio Muscle Toolbox and obviously that was not recognized either. How do I go about entering that?? And I have no idea how to guestimate how many calories I burned in that class that lasted 1-hour this morning...HELP!!
