Hey guys, I just tried this recipe today and it turned out soooo good. I though I should share it with you. All of the infortmation are based on the metric system, I was too lazy to convert them
Pumpkin-Salmon Lasagne
Ingredients:
• 1 Pumpkin (butternut) ~750 gr.
• Smoked Salmon ~ 400 gr.
• 1 Onion
• 500 ml Vegetable-Broth
• 250 ml Rama Cremefine 15% (cream)
• Nutmeg, pepper, salt
• 200 gr. Gouda cheese
• Lasagne plates
• Olive oil
Instructions:
Peel and cut the pumpkin into small squares and out it aside.
Cut the onion into squares as well and put them in a pan with a sprinkle of olive oil. Fry them until they are brown-glazed.
Add the cream and the vegetable broth to the onions, add the spices and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Cut the Gouda into small pieces and add about ¾ of it to the sauce.
Now alternately fill the casserole with layers of sauce, lasagna plates, pumpkin and salmon. Finish with a layer of lasagna plates and pour the rest of the sauce on top. Sprinkle the last ¼ of the gouda on top as well.
Put in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes on 200°C.
ENJOY!
P.S. How do I add a picture?
