This is my beautiful daughter my coach (nag LOL) and my beautiful dog Cloe. My daughter is working out with me and coaching and encouraging me and my Cloe monster (she's a brat but we love her) is my walking buddy, always ready to go for a walk. And the challenge is on.

Thanks, for the kind words. I feel great and am really excited about what I've lost. I still have a ways to go and it's much harder now than it was before.

I love the picture. Cloe looks like she can rule the house. She's a big girl! I love big dogs. Especially when they think they're lap dogs

She thinks she rules the house but we try and keep her in line. She is a rescue from Iqualuit up North. Unfortunately, she was abondoned twice and they think she was abused. I believe she was. She was very vicious and scared of everyone. But with lots of love she has come around. She is still not sure of strangers but loves us very much. She sleds in winter with my husband and skijors, and in summer she pulls him on bike, she loves it. Sorry I go on and on don't I. LOL
