Shift work help

Hey folks,
I work a reverse rotation shift job, meaning that on my first day back to work I have an evening shift and then the start time gets progressively earlier until my last day at work where I work an early morning shift and go back 9 hours later for an overnight shift. I'm hoping someone else on here works something similar and can offer suggestions as to good eating and exercise habits.

I totally hear ya. I worked shift work all my life and then was also a flight attendant. It was horrible to stay on track!
I made meals for a week in advance as well as healthy options for work. I found it easy as I knew EXACTLY what to bring to work and what I was allowing myself to eat. As for exercise I just did as much as my body could handle! ha
Sorry, shift work sucks!0
