Today I did some strength training! I did a video that is on Youtube called 5 Min Tone Butt Workout 2, Fitness Training w/ Tammy about 3 times because its only 1 set of 10 for each exercise but i felt great after and i did it with my daughter laying right nest to me on my bed! Then i had a great idea Why not do some squats with her in my arms to add her 8 lbs to my exercise? So I did and it gave me the extra weight and she liked it so WIN WIN!!!

I got a mommy&baby yoga dvd for 12$ at target. I also lie on a yoga mat and lift him above my head and bring him to my chest, I do as many as I can, then I place him on my lower abs and do pelvic tilts, making sure to use only my pelvis and abs to lift him just using my arms to hold him steady.0
