Autumn Blueberry Oatmeal
Prep time: less than 5 min
Difficultly level: a smart monkey could probably make this
What you'll need:
1/2 cup One-minute oatmeal
Dash of pumpkin pie spice (pre mixed blend)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup of nonfat milk
How to prepare:
Put oatmeal and milk into a bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove bowl & place is small saucer on top for 1. Add a dash of pumpkin spice, mix in blueberries, and enjoy.
