i love to cook! i love to try new recipes and make substitutions - just throw things together and whip something culinary up.
i don't love to bake. in fact, i hate having to be 'exact' on ingredients and measurements. i will rarely be in the mood to bake.

today i woke up in the mood to bake (a once-a-quarter or less occurrence). o.O as the questions 'what is wrong with me?' and 'why now?' pop into my head, i made brownies, zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting, pumpkin banana muffins and rice krispies bars. next up, butter cookies.

uh oh. better put my willpower pants on.

lol. i think i need to step away from the kitchen. i made some carrot cake cupcakes with a lemon frosting and i'm thinking about making a pineapple upside down cake. also i want popcorn balls!

i'm not admitting to anything, but i might be a binge baker... is there a support group for that? :)

Willpower pants? Where can I get a pair of these?

I love baking too - I try to give the stuff away. Definitely can't keep it in the house.

Same here - love to cook, rarely bake - and it's all because you can't play around with ingredents when baking. One time I tried combining a recipe for peanut butter cookies with a recipe for chocolate chip cookies...the result was a big melty greasy mess! Tasted great but had to be frozen in order to be eaten. And pretty much every time I attempt to bake snickerdoodles they turn out half burnt.
