can't exercise for week.. any diet tips?

I've injured left leg and arm and will be unable to exercise for a week.
Usually I exercise everyday so I burn what I eat.. I'm worried about not losing anything or putting more on.. any diet tips for if was losing from diet alone?.. I've already gone gluten free/low carb.
Should I go with smaller snacks than 3 meals about 300-500 cals each? .. should I still stick to 1200 cals?

Ouch! Hope you feel better soon. It's only for one week. In your shoes, I'd just switch to maintain your weight while you recover. I know I'd be cranky enough without being able to exercise that feeling limited on food on top of it all would make me downright homicidal! :laugh:0

Thanks it makes it harder been in chair cos of course its painful to push myself around anywhere just to get from room to room! .. meant to be going xmas shopping with a friend in few weeks so need to be able to push myself about for about 4 hours around a big shopping centre. so I'll be restricted to the powerchair for the week (friends car wont take powerchair its too big and doesn't fold)
I should stay on 1200 then to maintain? I'm hoping I'll be back in action within the week if I rest.0
