Putting together shopping list for next week and need to up

First, I do drink a smoothie every morning with protein powder and greek yogurt. Some days I have another 6 oz container of Greek yogurt as well. So both protein powder and greek yogurt is covered.

My meats are usually chicken breasts, sliced turkey or ground turkey. At time I'll have salmon or other fish but it is hard when I have to prepare food ahead (and you do not want salmon/fish in the work microwave..ewww).

I will be preparing my own meat next week (no pre-packaged meats going forward as reducing my sodium is a goal)

So, especially for lunches and snacks, please provide ideas that are 1 - easy to prepare 2 - inexpensive 3 - low in sodium 4 - taste good 5 - will not smell up the office. :)

Thanks

I make chicken breasts a few times per week to slice thinly for sandwiches, or to put into salads. My husbands absolute favorite sandwich is the chicken breasts, lite havarti cheese, a bit of dijonaisse on the weight watchers multigrain bread. He has been eating these for ages and is still not sick of them.
I shake it up by spicing the chicken differently each time so it does not seem like you are eating the same old thing daily.

Greek yogurt, nuts, cottage cheese, egg whites, raw protein powder (delish in protein pancakes), whey protein shakes, legumes, ricotta cheese.

Tuna or salmon salad with greek yogurt, celery, and cucumber is a fish that doesn't have to be heated in the work microwave.

A quinoa pilaff is brilliant at being frozen and then reheated in the office microwave. Add some chicken, prawns, chorizo, for extra protein.
