You need to get a photobucket account and then upload your pic there. Take the IMG tag (located under the pic, it copies when you click on it) and then paste that link into your post. You'll need to change the IMG to img in both spots (beginning and end).

Upload them to something like photobucket.

Copy the [IMG][/IMG] code and paste it into your reply.

Change the IMG's to lowercase img's

As an example:
with the img changed to img gives:
